Processing Time Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 US states. Delivery times may vary by location. All orders are shipped from our Bristol, VA facility. Typical transit times are 3-5 business days and vary by location. Shipping times to Alaska and Hawaii may be considerably longer, contact us prior to ordering if you would like us to quote additional carrier and shipment options.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. If expedited shipping is required, please contact us for quotes prior to placing your order at info@filamatrix.com.
Free Shipping Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over $75. Eligibility and thresholds are displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@filamatrix.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times vary by destination.
Local Pickup Free local pickup is available by appointment. Please contact us to arrange a time for pickup prior to arriving. Pickup hours are Monday-Friday, 8am - 4pm EST.
